Shelley started out as a university student studying Nutrition at the Ryerson University with an idea that captivated many people around Toronto. The creation of her famous gluten free products was widely recognized and quickly adopted which ultimately led to the expansion of her homemade treats being baked at home to the rise of a small store located in the downtown area. Her treats were such a hit that she was able to move her store online to attract the many customers she made as well as others all around Toronto.
